Noelia Oses is a mathematician especialised in Operational Research, doing mainly consultancy work for the slot machine industry. In this industry, her work focuses on developing probability models of slot games to adjust the maximum percentage return in the long term or, in other words, to control the minimum house edge. She has several years of experience in this industry, including one and a half years working for Barcrest Games.

Previously, she got a doctorate in Management Science from Lancaster University for her research into component-based simulation. Her current research interests include applying Operational Research, Probability and Stochastic Processes techniques.

Noelia has been a member of The OR Society since 1999.
